We want every Level Press guide to be genuinely useful. If a guide isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@levelpress.co.uk with your order details, and we'll make it right — including a full refund where appropriate.

Digital products

Because our guides are instant digital downloads, by purchasing you consent to immediate delivery. This doesn't affect our 14-day promise above or your statutory rights.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
